What is the warranty?
5 years from delivery on parts and labor.
What is the return policy?
Return within fourteen working days in the original box for a full refund. Chair must be in good condition and working order. Customer to pay return freight.
How do I clean it?
Mild soapy water on the upholstery and the steel frame. Keep the moving parts free of crumbs, grit and grime.
How do I maintain it?
No need for lubrication; the ball bearings in the rotator and slides are permanently greased. Do not use WD-40 or any other lubricant on the moving parts. This will erode the grease.
